DMCA Policy for Microfortune™

At Microfortune™ (microfortune.net), we are committed to respecting the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable copyright laws, we will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement committed using the microfortune.net website.
1. Notification of Infringement Claims
If you are a copyright owner or an authorized agent thereof, and you believe that any content available on microfortune.net infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA notice by providing our Designated Copyright Agent with the following information in writing:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, along with information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material.

- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will promptly investigate and, if appropriate, remove or disable access to the infringing content.
2. Counter-Notification
If you believe that your material was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our Copyright Agent with the following information:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location where the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in [Your State] and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
If we receive a valid counter-notification, we may restore the removed content unless the copyright owner files a court action against you within ten business days of receiving the counter-notification.
3. Repeat Infringers
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, Microfortune™ has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also limit access to the site or terminate accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
4. Misrepresentation
Please be aware that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages. If you are not sure whether the material infringes on your copyright, please seek the advice of an attorney.
